Principal of Elizabeth Broderick & Co., she has led over 35 independent cultural reviews across national and global institutions, transforming workplaces and advancing dignity and belonging.
As Australia’s longest-serving Sex Discrimination Commissioner, Elizabeth led groundbreaking reforms including paid parental leave and the national gender equality blueprint.
She is the Founder of the Champions of Change strategy, a globally recognised movement engaging 270+ private and public sector CEOs and 1.5 million employees to tackle inequality through systemic disruption.
Elizabeth is Chair of Fondation CHANEL, a corporate philanthropic foundation investing in women and girls worldwide.
She is a former UN Independent Expert and Member of the Working Group on discrimination against women and girls, and a former member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on the Care Economy. She is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Sydney and serves on the Advisory Council of the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership at King’s College London.
