Join us in Narrm (Melbourne), Australia from 27–30 April 2026 for the Women Deliver 2026 Conference (WD2026) — a bold, inclusive gathering of more than 6,500 advocates from across feminist, grassroots, First Nations, youth-led, LGBTQIA+, and women’s rights movements, alongside world leaders, creatives, private sector changemakers, academics, and media. Together, we’ll strategize, resist, and build a future rooted in solidarity, justice, and joy.

For the first time, the Women Deliver Conference will be regionally hosted — shaped by and for the Oceanic Pacific. WD2026 will honor the leadership and resistance of First Nations peoples and bring together a powerful cross-section of movements driving change across the region and around the world.

Registration Categories & Fees

To ensure equitable access, WD2026 uses a tiered pricing model based on the World Bank’s country classifications and participant demographics.

Complementary Registration:

• If you are a person with a disability who requires a companion to travel with you, registration for one companion will be provided at no cost. 
• Delegates between the ages of 12 – 18 at the time of the Conference must be accompanied by a guardian, who and will be provided one registration at no cost. 
• Children under the age of 12 may attend accompanied by an adult at no additional cost.

Plenary Sessions and Concurrent Sessions will include simultaneous interpretation in English, French, and Spanish. International Sign Language interpretation will be available in all Plenaries and select sessions.

Registration Policies

• By registering for WD2026, you agree to follow the WD2026 Code of Conduct.

• All tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing wd2026@womendeliver.org. In the event that a visa application is denied, registrants may cancel their conference registration and request a refund, subject to a non-refundable processing fee of USD 50 per registrant. Refund requests on the basis of visa denial will only be considered if submitted in writing, together with official proof of visa refusal, no later than April 7, 2026, to WD2026@womendeliver.org. Requests received after this date, or without the required documentation, will not be processed.
  

• Once registration and payment are complete, you will receive a confirmation email. A letter of invitation will be sent shortly thereafter in a separate message.  

• To ensure the safety and wellbeing of adolescents, all in-person attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a registered guardian. Complementary registration is provided for one guardian. 

• Children under 12 may attend the Conference free of charge if they are accompanying a registered parent or guardian. For information on local childcare options, please contact wd2026@womendeliver.org.

• Single-day passes and on-site registration will not be available. All participants must register in advance via our registration portal.
  
• For security purposes, all participants must present photo identification at check-in. All persons, bags, and personal belongings brought into the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) are subject to inspection. Entry may be denied if inspections are refused.

• In-person registration will remain open on a rolling basis until we reach capacity. A waitlist will be initiated once the event is full.

Hotels & Accommodation

Delegates can book hotels through the WD2026 Hotel Booking Portal, which offers a range of price points near the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC).
