Simran Singh
Senior Manager of Program Development (Humanitarian & Fragile States), CARE Canada
Simran is a Senior Manager in CARE Canada’s Partnerships for Global Change team and is responsible for gender in emergencies technical support, humanitarian program design and is a key member of CARE’s global Gender in Emergencies team. Prior to this position, she managed CARE Canada’s humanitarian program unit and worked for CIDA/DFATD, UNHCR and DFID. Originally from Vancouver, Simran has a B.A. in History from Simon Fraser University and a Master’s degree in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex.
