Pam Mcleod

Pam (she/her) is the Communications Advisor for the Women Deliver 2026 Conference, bringing two decades of experience in journalism, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement.

Pam’s career spans consultancy work with private companies, NGOs, philanthropies and government bodies, with deep expertise in reputation management, advocacy, and multi-channel storytelling. Throughout her career, Pam has built and implemented communications strategies across Africa, the US, and the Middle East. She has first-hand experience in complex stakeholder relations including wage negotiations, DEI program development and training, and policy implementation.

She holds an honors degree in Communications and Journalism (cum laude) from the University of Johannesburg. Pam is based in Johannesburg and is committed to social justice, collaborative leadership, and communications that create lasting impact.
