Yasmine Oubahi

Yasmine (she/her) is a Social Media, Advocacy, and Communications Advisor with extensive experience designing and delivering high-impact digital content for global audiences.

She specializes in transforming complex issues into compelling narratives that educate, mobilize, and inspire global audiences.

Yasmine has worked with multiple UN entities and international organizations, including UN Women, UNICEF, UNODC, UNCTAD, UNFPA, and the African Union, managing large social media accounts, supporting global campaigns, crisis communications, and advocacy initiatives.

Throughout her career and activism journey, she has led and implemented communications and social media strategies across the United States, the MENA region, and Africa, with a strong focus on audience growth, engagement, and digital impact.

Yasmine holds a Master’s degree in Media, Migration, and Human Rights and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication. She is currently based in Northern Virginia and is deeply committed to advancing gender equality and human rights through strategic communication.
