The Women Deliver 2026 Conference (WD2026) exhibition space is a movement-building hub. It’s where feminist organizations, activists, and changemakers connect, share solutions, and spark collaborations that drive real-world impact. Whether you’re leading an advocacy campaign, showcasing a research project, or connecting with other advocates, this is your space to elevate your work on a global stage.
Exhibition Fee:
The cost for an exhibition booth is USD $4,500 (inclusive of the GST tax). This fee includes access to the Exhibition Hall for the duration of the Conference and standard booth amenities. Additional services or custom setups may incur extra costs.

Exhibition Venue
The WD2026 exhibition area will be hosted exclusively at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). Spaces are first-come, first-served, and selected exhibitors will be notified within 90 days of submission.
Exhibitor Packages
All exhibition spaces come with a standard 3×3 meter booth, but additional customization is available.
Included in Every Package:
- 3m x 3m shell scheme booth (Corinthian, Octanorm, or Aspen, TBD)
- Custom stand signage with organization name and booth number
- Lighting – Two energy-efficient spotlights
- Power access – One 4-amp power point
- Flooring and furniture – Includes a 1.8m trestle table, two black folding chairs, and a dustbin
