Partner Side Events offer organizations a unique opportunity to deepen conversations and drive collective action beyond the main program. Whether you’re hosting an advocacy and policy discussion, a fireside chat, a workshop, or a networking event, this is your space to connect and strategize with global feminist leaders.

Why Host a Partner Side Event?

  • Shape the agenda: Lead critical conversations that complement the main conference themes.
  • Deepen engagement: Bring together activists, policymakers, and funders in a focused space.
  • Strengthen advocacy: Amplify key issues, showcase innovations, and build momentum for change.

Key Dates

  • Applications open: 31 October 2025 (5:00pm AEST / UTC +10)
  • Applications close: No specific date, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Notification of outcomes: Within 90 days of submission with confirmation of date, time, and location

Venue & Logistics

Partner Side Events will take place exclusively at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). Due to limited capacity, applicants should list their top three preferred dates and times in their application. Women Deliver will do its best to accommodate preferences. Only registered delegates will have access to the Conference venue.

Partner Side Event Packages

All sessions are 90 minutes and include:

  • In-room AV: Projector, smart lectern, PA
  • Audio: Lectern mic and 3 handheld mics
  • Vision: Bring your own laptop at lectern or content via speakers prep, in-room projection, no operator and no vision mixing
  • Content management: Access to speakers prep service or own content via laptop

Catering packages and additional AV equipment are available at an extra cost.
