Diana Mantilla-Raad

Diana Mantilla-Raad (she/her/ella) is the Scholarship and Applications Advisor for the Women Deliver 2026 Conference (WD2026). As a feminist and advocate for human rights and social justice, her work is grounded in a commitment to confronting structural inequalities and fostering spaces where historically marginalized voices are centered and amplified.
With over ten years of working at the intersection of gender equality, transitional justice, and event management, Diana has led high-impact initiatives across the non-profit, public, and corporate sectors. At Women Deliver, she advises on the design and implementation of the WD2026 scholarship program, overseeing application processes, equitable selection, and logistical support for sponsored delegates.
Diana re-joins the Women Deliver team following her key contributions to WD2023, where she led the application and selection processes and oversaw the execution of the Concurrent Program. She also developed an accessible and equity-centered scholarship selection process and coordinated travel logistics for sponsored delegates, ensuring inclusive and meaningful global participation.
Her professional experience includes managing large-scale event operations across New York, Boston, and Chicago as Assistant Program Manager at JLL; leading community-based and prevention programming as Associate Director at Translatinx Network and coordinating regional capacity-building seminars for Latin American State institutions at the Auschwitz Institute for the Prevention of Genocide.
Born and raised in Colombia, her commitment to transitional justice extends beyond her professional roles. From 2020 to 2021, Diana contributed to the Colombian Truth Commission as a volunteer researcher on the gender team, supporting efforts to document the differentiated impacts of conflict on women and LGBTQI+ communities.
Diana holds a master’s degree in Transitional Justice, Human Rights, and the Rule of Law from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidad del Norte in Colombia.
