Bio

Marcela is a passionate storyteller who loves to help other women conquer their goals. She is a journalist specializing in human rights. Right now she is coursing an MBA in one of the best Business School in Latin America. Her goal is to inspire women to get in leadership roles and develop a different leadership strategy.

What ignited your pursuit for gender equality?

The belief in a different vision of leadership and how unequal it is right now despite the amount of professional women with impressive careers.

Please share your biggest wins as an advocate for gender equality.

After an article that I wrote about the problem that it was the stalking and harassment of women that did not have a sexual nature, the Parliament drafted a bill to regulate it and stop that problem.

Outside of your gender equality advocacy work, what do you enjoy doing?

Crossfit, cycling, reading.
