Rachel Elliott
Senior Manager, Brand and Narrative
Rachel Elliott (she/her) is Senior Manager, Brand and Narrative at Women Deliver, where she helps shape how the organization talks about its work, its values, and the change it wants to see in the world.

She has also worked with the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva and CARE Women Nepal, and has led advocacy campaigns in France and Canada to raise awareness and funding for programs supporting asylum seekers and homeless youth.
Rachel holds a Master’s in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Calgary.
