Zanda Desir

Zanda is the Senior Associate for Executive Coordination and Planning at Women Deliver, where she works in the Executive Office, closely supporting the President and CEO as well as collaborating with the Collective Action team to drive strategic projects and organizational alignment. Previously, she worked as the Operations and Community Culture Coordinator at the International Network for the Reduction of Abortion Discrimination and Stigma (inroads). Her feminist organizing has focused on challenging victim-blaming, expanding sexual and reproductive healthcare, and decolonizing feminist spaces. Zanda is also an Advisory Committee member of Women Win’s FREE STEM Fund, combining her passion for advocacy and food science. In her free time, she immerses herself in new cultures, dances to their music, explores their food, or relaxes by the water—whether at a beach, river, or waterfall.
