Rachel Elliott

Rachel (she/her) is an advocacy and communications advisor with a passion for crafting compelling messages that challenge harmful norms and propel social change for girls, women, and underrepresented populations. Prior to joining Women Deliver, she served as an Associate at Global Health Strategies in New York City, where she supported initiatives tied to family planning, health systems strengthening, and neglected tropical diseases, working with clients at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Before that, Rachel worked in Geneva at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, and with Care Women Nepal, a grassroots organization in rural Nepal committed to preventing and treating uterine prolapse. Rachel has also led advocacy campaigns in France and Canada to generate awareness and funding for programs supporting asylum seekers and homeless youth.
Rachel holds a Master’s in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po in France and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Calgary in Canada.
