Hiba is a sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and gender equality advocate in Ethiopia. Inspired by her personal experiences and the challenges faced by women and girls in her community, Hiba has been actively working to promote these issues for the past three years. Her advocacy journey has included organizing awareness campaigns, establishing SRHR clubs in schools, and volunteering with various organizations. Hiba's commitment to empowering women and girls is driven by her belief in their right to make informed choices about their bodies and lives. Through the Emerging Leaders Program, Hiba aims to make a significant impact in her community by raising awareness about SRHR issues, empowering girls, and advocating for policy changes. She envisions a future where all women and girls have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.
