The 2018 Social Behavioral Change Community (SBCC) Summit brought together 1200 practitioners, academics, government representatives, and donors from around the world to exchange knowledge and practices and shape the future global agenda. At the summit, Patrick Segawa (Class of 2016) presented two posters: “Using Behavioral Change Communication to increase utilization of SRH services among young people in Uganda: a Case Study of Jinja District” and “Integration of entertainment and education to advance SRH information and services among young people in Uganda.” He met and interact with like-minded people working in the SBCC spaces, such as Georgia Arnold, the Executive Director for MTV Stay Alive Foundation, and will collaborate with her on a future project in Uganda.
