Maribel Binuggon (Class of 2018) met with the mayor of Ifugao province to discuss youth and women’s empowerment and her plans for starting a NGO in the coming year. The mayor and the Municipal Social Worker agreed to work with and support Maribel in her advocacy efforts in the province.
