Maneth Pol (Class of 2018) and her team met with a commune chief in Phnom Penh to introduce their new program called SHE Community Business Incubator. This program is designed to make the Business Incubator Model accessible for women-owned small enterprises in rural communities at the outskirts of Phnom Penh. A month later, they interviewed a group of 25 women, of whom 15 were eligible and selected to join the 8-month program. As project manager and program facilitator for this pilot program, she has been working on designing the program and delivering training and mentoring to women to help them overcome social and economic barriers.
