A Tabletop Flood Simulation Exercise was conducted in The Gambia to outline the importance of stakeholder participation and consideration in a flood disaster in the country. Isatou Joof (Class of 2018) facilitated this exercise and emphasized to government officials and partner humanitarian institutions that they need to pay closer attention to women, children, and the elderly as highly vulnerable people during such events.
