The Global Adolescent Health Conference was organized by the Canadian Partnership for Women and Children’s Health and hosted along with Every Woman Every Child (EWEC), the Partnership for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (PMNCH) and the World Health Organization (WHO), with support by Women Deliver, the Lancet Commission on Adolescent Health and Wellbeing, and youth changemakers. During the conference, Anthony Lopez interviewed Dr. Vikram Patel, a Harvard Medical School Professor of Global Health and Social Medicine, on his presentation on mental health for adolescents.
