Samson Tesfaye has more than 20 years of experience in event, media and knowledge management, communications, and public relations. He has managed events in multiple African countries, including eight years leading an events company in Ethiopia. His experience spans budget management, event concept development, logistics coordination, and production of online and offline visibility materials.
Samson successfully organizes large-scale virtual and in-person events, including high-level conferences, seminars, multi-day trainings and workshops, medical and educational missions, campaigns, product launches and art exhibitions. He has worked with several multilateral institutions such as the World Bank Group, United Nations (UNAIDS, UNOPS, UNDP) ICPD, Organization of African First Ladies for Development (OAFLAD), Rotary International, and many others.
Samson is an expert in social media management, including development of social media strategies, and content management for social media channels.
