Pooja Singh

Pooja Singh (she/her) serves as Senior Associate, Executive Coordinator at Women Deliver. She has nine years of experience in the social development sector, with a focus on coalition building and strategic partnerships at both national and global levels. She is passionate about building feminist alliances and advancing the meaningful inclusion of adolescent girls and youth in decision-making processes. Pooja believes in the power of collective action and is committed to strengthening collaborations that harness shared knowledge, resources, and power to accelerate progress on intersecting social justice issues.

She also serves as the Chair for the Impact Committee of the Global Board at Restless Development.

Prior to joining Women Deliver, Pooja worked with the Adolescent Girls Investment Plan (AGIP) from 2020–2025 as Youth Engagement and Advocacy Specialist. In this role, she established and advanced AGIP’s girl engagement and advocacy initiatives, co-led two strategy processes, and supported the coalition’s expansion from eight to eighteen member organizations.

She has also worked with Pravah and She Decides, contributing to several young feminist agendas including girl and youth leadership, power-shifting, accountability, and safeguarding at local, national, and global levels.

Pooja holds a Master’s degree in Gender and Development Studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Delhi (Ramjas College). She speaks English and Hindi and enjoys quiet time in nature.
