Eunice Leyva García is the Senior Manager of the Multilateral Engagement Team and lead of the climate justice portfolio at Women Deliver. She is a mexican feminist human rights lawyer with over 12 years of experience spanning grassroots and global advocacy, strategic litigation, program design, movement building, senior management, and feminist governance.

She previously served as Executive Director of the Youth Coalition for Sexual and Reproductive Rights, where she led a major organizational transformation grounded in feminist, anti-racist, and decolonial principles. She also served for two years as Chair of the Safeguarding Committee at Women’s Link Worldwide and has collaborated with organizations including Women on Web, Women Enabled International, and the International Disability Alliance.

Eunice’s work bridges grassroots struggles and global policy spaces. For more than a decade, she has worked alongside movements advancing gender justice, disability justice, and the rights of communities affected by violence, militarization, and systemic discrimination. Her work is also grounded in collective care, and she is a strong advocate for making pleasure political.

Her background includes strategic human rights litigation and advocacy before national courts, the Inter-American human rights system, and UN treaty bodies, where she has represented victims of enforced disappearance, violence against women, and other serious human rights violations. Throughout her career, Eunice has also worked to advance anti-racist and decolonial approaches to advocacy, governance, and feminist leadership.
