Diana Mantilla-Raad

Diana Mantilla-Raad (she/her/ella) is the Manager, Planning and Delivery at Women Deliver. A feminist and human rights advocate, she is committed to confronting structural inequalities and creating spaces where the voices of historically marginalized communities are centered and amplified. With over ten years of experience at the intersection of gender equality, transitional justice, and event management, she has led initiatives across the non-profit, public, and private sectors. At Women Deliver, she provides operational and logistical support for the organization’s portfolio of programmatic events, convenings, consultations, workshops, global engagements, and major initiatives.

Diana has contributed to two editions of the Women Deliver Conference. For WD2023, she oversaw the Concurrent Program, developed an accessible, equity-centered scholarship selection process, and coordinated travel logistics for scholarship recipients. For WD2026, she led the design and implementation of the scholarship program, from application and equitable selection to logistical support for recipients, ensuring inclusive and meaningful participation. Previously, she managed large-scale event operations across New York, Boston, and Chicago as Assistant Program Manager at JLL and led community-based and prevention programming as Associate Director at Translatinx Network.

She holds a master’s degree in Transitional Justice, Human Rights, and the Rule of Law from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidad del Norte in Colombia. Born and raised in Colombia, Diana brings a commitment to transitional justice that extends beyond her academic background. From 2020 to 2021, she was a volunteer researcher on the gender team of the Colombian Truth Commission, supporting efforts to document the differentiated impacts of conflict on women and LGBTQI+ communities.
