
Diana Mantilla-Raad

Diana (she/her/ella) is a a feminist and a human rights activist with a deep commitment to achieving gender equality through an intersectional approach. Before joining Women Deliver, Diana was the Associate Director of Prevention at Translatinx Network where she provided overall direction, management, and development of prevention programming that address barriers to care for the organization’s community members. Prior to that, she worked as Latin American Program Officer at the Auschwitz Institute for the Prevention of Genocide where she oversaw and coordinated multilateral convenings and capacity building seminars from 2015-2019.
Similarly, Diana supported the Colombian Truth Commission as a voluntary researcher for their gender team from 2020-2021 and has been an active member of the Colombian Studies Group’s NY chapter for the past 4 years.
Diana holds a Master in Transitional Justice from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights in Switzerland and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidad del Norte in Colombia.
