Andrea Gorson
Senior Manager, Employee Experience and Human Resources
Andrea Gorson (she/her) serves as the Senior Manager, Employee Experience and Human Resources at Women Deliver, joining the organization in March 2022. Andrea brings over 10 years of human resources experience in both the private and public sector. For the last 7 years, Andrea has worked in mission based organizations in the global human rights and social justice field. Most recently, Andrea served as the Associate Director of Human Resources at American Jewish World Service (AJWS) supporting both domestic and international staff in all functions of the employee life cycle, including talent management, culture, compensation, performance management, and HR operations.
Prior to her role at AJWS, Andrea served as the Human Resources Manager at GOAL USA Fund and held various human resources support roles at Aramark Corporation.
Andrea is an admitted attorney in New York state and received her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law and Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
