Young Leaders Jasmine George and Franklin Paul (Class of 2016) attended the Asia Regional Partners Meeting of the “Implementing Best Practices Initiative” in February to share their experiences as leading youth advocates for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in India. Jasmine, one of the founders of Hidden Pockets, an organization that maps SRHR services using a patient experience framework, moderated panel discussions and engaged panelists with questions regarding how to advance family planning and SRHR in Asia. Franklin, the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Restless Development India, showcased a SRHR mobile application he developed to teach youth about comprehensive sexuality education.
