The Come On Let’s Bike initiative organized a 2-day workshop in collaboration with the Nation Building Movement and with the support of the UN Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) through its Young Peacebuilders Programme, 2nd edition. Sarah Zein (Class of 2018) facilitated this workshop and addressed the concept of identity and how it shapes stereotypes, conscious and unconscious biases, and prejudices and their effects on minorities and marginalized communities, types of conflicts, environments in which they take place and how to deal with them constructively.
