Rawan Saad, a Women Deliver Young Leader from Jordan, was awarded a $5,000 Women Deliver seed grant, made possible by Johnson & Johnson, to implement her project entitled “My Mirror.” My Mirror project aims to empower girls and young women in Jordan to participate equally in their communities and country as young professionals and social entrepreneurs. Rawan will work within schools to pilot a program that educates girls and young women about the opportunities and challenges facing them to become drivers of economic growth and change, in addition to facilitating these girls and young women to develop their own business ideas as social entrepreneurs.
