Krishna Sharma Engages Local Government and Schools to Implement School Safety Measures for Female Students in Nepal

Along with the National Academy for Medical Sciences, Krishna Sharma (Class of 2018) strongly recommended local government officials in Nepal to ensure the safety of female students during their menstrual cycles by changing existing government health policies and strategies. They have successfully obtained commitments from local officials, and three local schools’ teachers have begun implementing school safety for their students.
