Gbemisola Osadua was invited to speak at the induction ceremony of 225 women in business, a CSR Initiative of the Retail Operation Group of Access Bank in Nigeria. The initiative was aimed at capacity building and empowerment for disadvantaged women. The trainees included rehabilitated street girls, Chibok Women (Internally Displaced women as a result of the Boko Haram insurgency), widows, and rape victims. The training helped them acquire vocational skills and set up their own businesses. Gbemisola also provided legal advice and guidance to the women on registration processes of their business and how they can open a corporate account and facilitate growth.
