With the Girls and Women Empowerment Network, Archlove Takunda Tanyanyiwa (Class of 2018) conducted workshops for 40 young women from Seke Communal Lands Ward 7 on community leadership, advocacy, and effective communication towards the protection of women and girls rights. The training exposed the women to project management and community mobilization, placing emphasis on key leadership competencies and the need to identify specialties, strengths, and weaknesses and devise strategies to build strong community teams that peacefully engage and present community issues affecting women to receive community and stakeholder support.
