Aditi Sharma, a Women Deliver Young Leader from Nepal, is currently implementing a seed grant project, made possible by Johnson & Johnson, to expand awareness of menstrual hygiene management in Nepal. In order to raise awareness of the menstrual hygiene management needs of the community in Surkhet, Nepal, and to garner support for her seed grant project, Aditi has held meetings with stakeholders and policy makers, including the Village Development Secretary, the Vice Chairman of the National Planning Commission of Nepal, and the Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee.
