The Feminist Playbook

Women Deliver and partners around the world are co-creating a Global Feminist Playbook — a bold, collective declaration that defines our shared vision and sets the course to achieve it. It will articulate the world girls, women, and gender-diverse people need and the actions the international development sector will take to get there. 

Launching at the Women Deliver 2026 Conference (WD2026) in April 2026, the Feminist Playbook will outline a feminist vision for action: a unifying roadmap toward gender equality, rooted in care, solidarity, and intersectional justice. The Playbook will be an adaptable tool for political leverage and advocacy.

How is the Playbook Being Built?

Through global consultations, plenaries, workshops, and strategy sessions. The shared commitment of all involved will be expressed through concrete pledges — real, actionable steps toward change. 

This is our opportunity to offer a truly transformative vision for the future: one that unapologetically rejects narratives of hate and discrimination, and instead champions hope, care, and collective joy.
