My Mirror (MYM)

ABOUT THE PROJECT

My Mirror project aims to empower girls and young women in Jordan to participate equally in their communities and country as young professionals and social entrepreneurs. Rawan will work within schools to pilot a program that educates girls and young women about the opportunities and challenges facing them to become drivers of economic growth and change, in addition to facilitating these girls and young women to develop their own business ideas as social entrepreneurs.

For the past two years, Rawan has worked as a Fundraising and Partnership Coordinator at INJAZ, a leading Jordanian NGO dedicated to empowering and engaging young people to become productive members of their society and accelerate the development of the national economy. Prior to joining INJAZ, she worked at Citi Bank.Rawan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Hashemite University.
