
Olja Bušbaher
Fellow, Information & Data Systems
Olja Bušbaher (she/her) brings her experience in feminist monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning to the role of Fellow, Information and Data Systems. Olja works with the Women Deliver Conference team to design data collection tools and tracking systems, performs data analysis as it relates to Conference goals and metrics, and drafts external reports and data visualizations.
Prior to working with Women Deliver, she was a Grants Officer at Malala Fund, the organization founded by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai. In this role, she supported Malala Fund grantees across four countries, while also designing and implementing data systems to track metrics for grantmaking and monitoring and evaluation purposes. She has previously served as a Youth Advisor to Comic Relief US, a Learning and Evaluation Consultant with Global Fund for Women, and a Research Assistant at Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security.
Olja is currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Research Methods at London School of Economics and holds a Bachelor’s in International Politics from Georgetown University.
