Masha Devoe

Senior Manager, External Relations

Masha (she/her) is a passionate and dedicated public health professional, with over 10 years of experience in health and human rights policy and advocacy. Her work is driven by a stringent belief in health as a human right, and the fight to improve availability, accessibility, and acceptable quality for all. Masha joined Women Deliver in 2015 after positions with Rabin Martin, Harlem United, the Thai AIDS Treatment Action Group, and the Open Society Institute. For two years, Masha worked on Women Deliver’s Policy and Advocacy team as the NCD focal point, with an emphasis on the prevention, treatment, and control of diabetes in pregnancy and cervical cancer. Masha was, additionally, instrumental in the development of the Deliver for Good Campaign, which places a gender lens across the Sustainable Development Goals. Following that role, Masha managed the Office of the President, providing strategic support, planning, and coordination in regards to the President/CEO’s priorities, schedule, meetings, and speaking engagements. She now serves as Senior Manager of External Relations. Masha speaks French, Russian, and Spanish. She holds an MPH in Population and Family Health and Forced Migration from Columbia University and a BA in French from the University of Vermont.
