Bio
Steven Lam is an independent research and evaluation consultant based in Waterloo, ON. He holds a PhD in Public Health at the University of Guelph. He also holds a Credentialed Evaluator designation from the Canadian Evaluation Society.

That everyone deserves fairness and kindness regardless of their social identity.
