Marinella Matejcic (Class of 2016) used her extended grant to host eight additional workshops on comprehensive sexuality education (CSE), reaching an additional 117 high school students between the ages of 15 and 17. These workshops successfully addressed gaps in knowledge regarding youth sexuality and SRHR. Marinella also held a 3-hour workshop to train young people on how to advocate on different SRHR topics. She also successfully engaged with the head of the Department of Schools in the City of Rijeka who expressed interest in pushing CSE in elementary and high schools.
