Joseph Kasaija (Class of 2018) oriented adolescent girls and young women to the 90-90-90 HIV/AIDS Target to enhance their knowledge on the National HIV/AIDS Response, status of the epidemic trends and Global Fund processes at a national level. He mobilized them to exercise their voices to demand for increased and meaningful adolescent girl participation in policy and programmatic decision-making processes with a view of ensuring that the National HIV/AIDS and Global Fund directly address their specific needs.
