Francis Armah (Class of 2016) used his continuation grant for his #ISupportCSE project to advocate for more men to get involved in ending violence against women and girls. This project identified and trained young people who work in the media, as well as male champions, and utilized a social media campaign that brought male voices to advocate against gender-based violence. The initiative directly engaged a total of 848 beneficiaries: through the distribution of CSE information to 800 young people, training 18 young people in the media, and selecting 30 male champions for the “Get the Men Involved” social media campaign.
