The Guyanese government’s Department of Culture, Youth and Sport selected Kobe Smith (Class of 2018) as a national youth delegate to participate in the Commonwealth Youth Forum, which was held alongside the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in London. In this role, Kobe promoted cross-cultural connections and discussed with youth leaders policies required to address the challenges and opportunities facing young people.
