Aditi Sharma (Class of 2016) spoke on a CSW panel in March on “Advancing the Sexual and Reproductive Health of Rural Adolescent Girls.” The event focused on community-driven programming and youth leadership, as well as programmatic approaches to youth-centered ideas. The event highlighted best practices relating to adolescent girls and young women in rural settings of the Global South. . On the panel, Aditi reflected on her experiences working in rural Nepal, where she has raised awareness on menstrual hygiene management and fought taboos related to menstruation.
